Granted we Montserrater's have gotten some strange emails for strange art job offerings, but the one i just received about an internship in Gloucester terrified me as it states...
"We will study you, you will study you, and you will paint until you learn how you fit into the Market."
HAHA, Yes Sir, thats no joke...i just hope that this sort of thing attracts the 'right' person so they fizzle out and commit suicide...art...fit...into...market...sounds a bit like the reason we opted out of grande universities and came to Montserrat! (yes!, Winners in Gloucester!)

I saw this yesterday and thought about applying/thought about not applying once all the information really began to sink in. We shall see!
it might not be bad, but the way it is worded makes me think that it is in the direct opposition of what being an 'artist' or a creative person is...but go for it...get in there and change their mentality with your amazing artistic abilities!
oh gosh that email made me laugh, everything about it was yelling "DO NOT DO THIS" at me
